Customer function Outsourcing is complex service that involves transfer of part of responsibilities foreseen in current legislation of Ukraine from Customer to Contractor (consulting engineering FIDIC) in order to fulfill them more effectively and achieve project targets. Most wide-spread responsibilities that can be transferred::
  • Obtaining urban planning conditions and restrictions;
  • Development of Design Assignment;
  • Review and approval of design documentation;
  • Organization and support of design documentation expertise;
  • Obtaining permits for construction beginning;
  • Technical supervision of construction;
  • Obtaining documents regarding facility readiness for operation;
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals;
