Projects Implementation EPCM model
Projects implementation using EPCM model (Engineering Procurement Construction Management) is a complex service based on FIDIC contract template, which has purpose to minimize Customer's project risks and implement project within budget, fixed deadlines and with high quality. Service foresees execution of following points by Contractor:
  • project management;
  • obtaining permits and approvals;
  • engineering & design;
  • support of procurement or supply;
  • construction management;
  • pre-commissioning and guarantee tests;
  • provision ready for operation object to Customer.
Result of service is constructed and commissioned object according to Customer's specification, at fixed cost and within specified period. Part of project risks regarding cost, construction schedule and quality are covered by Contractor in accordance with contract terms.
