STEM Engineering, in partnership with ARHIP LLC, has implemented project for METINVEST ENGINEERING LLC on technical re-equipment of production line of iron ore pellets for roasting machine OK-306 in existing Pellet and roasting shop №1 at industrial facility site of Pellet production shop №1 of PJSC Northern Iron Ore dressing Works. Installation of additional pelletizing disk No.7 with disc diameter of 7.5m and capacity of 100… 120 t/h, installation of two new conveyors were foreseen in this project. Also, replacement of existing raw material bin with belt-type dosing device for uniform charging of pelletizing disk No. 7 was foreseen in project.

Project was implemented using BIM and 3D modeling, which minimized occurrence of design errors and collisions during execution of construction works. During period from March to August 2019, installation works were carried out under supervision of STEM Engineering specialists.
