STEM Engineering provided engineering consulting services for LLC Ukrainian Mineral Fertilizers on project “Stone casting shop building with Conversion into Complex for Processing and Storage of Mineral Fertilizers” to optimize project budget (Value engineering) by optimizing technological, organizational and design solutions based on existing legislation.

Under contract terms, audit of design documentation and reconstruction object, functional and budget analysis was carried out, technical solutions to optimize technological scheme, basic equipment and construction and installation works were developed. As result, solutions developed and accepted by Customer allowed to reduce construction and installation work estimate by more than 15%.
